The Summer Just Got a Bit More Sumptuous
We are thrilled to announce the launch of Café Boulud at Blantyre in celebration of the summer season in the beautiful Berkshires. This is the first time Michelin-starred Chef Daniel Boulud will introduce his acclaimed cuisine to the region, utilizing fresh and local ingredients to create summery French classics with a twist. From July 1 to mid-October, Cafe Boulud New York at Blantyre will be open to the public for dinner Wednesday through Sunday, and weekend brunch service.
Meal service throughout the property’s expansive 110-acre setting, which allows for social distancing when dining inside or al fresco overlooking rolling hills and colorful gardens, will be in complete compliance with state and CDC guidelines.
Requests for private events and intimate celebrations will also be accommodated. Guests of Blantyre can enjoy a variety of inspired culinary moments throughout the sprawling estate, including gilded-age picnics amidst the property’s 110-acre grounds.
