In the evenings Wednesday through Sunday, our fine-dining prix fixe dinner is served in the Conservatory.
Jeremy Berlin, Executive Chef, oversees the entire culinary operations at Blantyre. An accomplished chef who has spent 17 years sharpening his culinary skills at high-profile restaurants throughout the country, Berlin joins Blantyre from Tuthill House at the Mill in Gardiner, NY where he was Executive Chef and General Manager.
