Finely milled and roasted hazelnuts blended with Swiss Couverture. Gianduja is a sweet chocolate spread containing about 30% hazelnut paste, devised in Turin, Italy during Napoleon’s reign.
Made exclusively with unique South American cocoa beans that offer the most complex and intense cocoa flavor. An intense and balanced cocoa note followed by a pronounced bitterness and wild berry fruitiness with a hint of acidity.

Valrhona is a French premium chocolate manufacturer based in the small town of Tain-l’Hermitage in Hermitage, a wine-growing district near Lyon. It was founded in 1922 by a French pastry chef, Albéric Guironnet. Today the chocolates are used in high end restaurants around the world. They also sponsor the Ecole du Grand Chocolat cooking school, located in its founding city.
